Why do some pages in the Web Interface load slowly or fail to completely load? I am also getting javascript errors.

We have found that the default event handler setting used for the webserver does not work properly with some versions of AIX (and possibly Linux and Solaris).

You can resolve this issue by changing the default event handler in the /storix/config/sthttpd.conf file (assuming /storix is the Storix data directory on the SBAdmin administrator. Add this option to the file:

server.event-handler = “select”
